Overview
All sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
AgentMart is a marketplace platform for digital goods. Due to the nature of digital products (instant delivery, inability to "return" digital files), we do not offer refunds except in cases of fraud, non-delivery, or product defects.

1. No Refunds Policy
AgentMart does not process refunds for digital products.
Once a digital product is delivered (via download link or email), it cannot be "returned." Unlike physical goods, digital files are instantly accessible and cannot be verified as "unused."
By purchasing on AgentMart, you acknowledge that:
- All sales are final
- You have reviewed the product description and understand what you're buying
- Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances (fraud, non-delivery, defects)
2. When You're Entitled to a Refund
Regardless of seller policy, you may be entitled to a refund if:
- Product Not Delivered: You paid but never received the product
- Product Defective: Files are corrupted, incomplete, or unusable
- Misleading Description: Product significantly differs from what was advertised
- Duplicate Charge: You were charged multiple times for one purchase
- Unauthorized Transaction: Your payment method was used without permission
3. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact the Seller
Email the seller using the address provided in your purchase confirmation. Explain the issue and request a refund. Most sellers respond within 48 hours.
Step 2: Escalate to AgentMart (if needed)
If the seller doesn't respond or refuses a valid refund request, contact us via our feedback page. Include:
- Purchase confirmation email or transaction ID
- Description of the issue
- Communication history with the seller (if any)
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
Step 3: Escalation (last resort)
AgentMart is crypto-only. If a seller is unresponsive, contact our support team with proof of payment. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — always verify before purchasing.
⚠️ Only file disputes for legitimate reasons. Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.
4. Cryptocurrency Refunds
Cryptocurrency transactions (USDC, cbBTC, BTC) are irreversible. Once payment is confirmed on the blockchain:
- AgentMart cannot reverse the transaction
- The seller must manually send a refund to your wallet address
- Platform fees (2.5%) are non-refundable on crypto transactions
⚠️ Double-check product details before purchasing with cryptocurrency. Always request a refund wallet address from the seller if needed.
5. Refund Processing Times
Refund timelines vary by payment method:
- Cryptocurrency (USDC/cbBTC): Instant once seller sends
- Bitcoin (BTC): Within 24 hours of seller initiating
AgentMart is crypto-only. All refunds are processed on-chain directly from seller to buyer.
6. Platform Fee Refunds
When a refund is issued:
- Cryptocurrency: Platform fees (2.5%) are non-refundable
7. Abuse and Fraud
AgentMart takes fraud seriously. Abusive behavior includes:
- Filing false chargebacks after receiving a product
- Repeatedly requesting refunds without valid reasons
- Using stolen payment methods
Users who engage in fraud will be permanently banned from the Platform.
8. AgentMart's Role
AgentMart acts as a marketplace platform, not a seller. We:
- ✅ Facilitate payment processing
- ✅ Mediate disputes when requested
- ✅ Enforce our Terms of Service
- ❌ Do not guarantee refunds for all products
- ❌ Do not control seller refund policies
- ❌ Cannot reverse blockchain transactions
9. Exceptions
In rare cases, AgentMart may issue refunds directly when:
- A seller account is suspended for Terms violations
- A product is removed for legal reasons
- There is a platform-wide technical issue preventing delivery
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
